VerifiedHome Inspector
For home inspectors

Your license is already listed. Claim it and homeowners can reach you.

Every active Florida home inspector license is on this site — 7,166 of them, in 56 counties — straight from the DBPR record. An unclaimed listing shows a name and a license number and nothing else. A claimed one shows your business, and it is free.

Claim your listing

What you get

Two options. One of them costs nothing.

Claimed listing

Freeno card, no contract
  • Your business name on the listing
  • Your phone number, as a tap-to-call link
  • A link to your website
  • The services you offer, and years in business
  • Listed above every unclaimed inspector in your county
  • Homeowners call you straight from your listing; a written request goes to you and nobody else
Claim your listing

A claimed listing is free for as long as the license stays current with the DBPR. We do not charge per lead, and we never send the same homeowner to several inspectors.

How claiming works

  1. Sign in with your email. We email you a 6-digit code; there is no password to make up.
  2. Enter your license number. The HI number on your DBPR license. We match it to the state record on this site and attach the listing to your account.
  3. Fill in your details. Business name, phone, website, services, years in business. They show on the county page after the next rebuild, usually within a few minutes.

Claim a listing only if you hold that license or are authorized by the person who does. The licensee's name and license number come from the state record and cannot be changed here. A listing claimed by someone who has no right to it is removed.

A county you want added, a listing that should not be yours, a claim that will not go through. We reply to the address you give us, usually the same business day.
